Detailed Steward Election Process

Step 1: Each hub agrees on an election process & criteria, that fits their way of operating, for choosing their nominee.

Step 2: The GC member shares their nomination by a deadline agreed upon by the current Stewards, in a new Loomio thread that will be started. This nomination should include the following information:

Name, Title / Responsibilities, Region Statement from nominee: Why do you want to join the circle? Statement from Region: Why does the hub think they are a great candidate?

Step 3: The Circle has 2 weeks for comments and questions about the nominees

Step 4: If no concerns are raised, a joint vote is up to approve the appointment of all steward nominees. this vote requires mandatory voting by all stewards (no t)

Step 5: The person is appointed and the regions ensures they will attend the next Governance Meeting.
